Josiah Garcia
Founder of Endurance Collective

With a heart for the Church and a passion for building lasting, Christ-centered community, Josiah, is the founder of Endurance Collective, a non-profit dedicated to uniting Christian ministries, nonprofits, and churches to strengthen the body of Christ and reach those who are lost. His journey began with a deep conviction that God is calling the Church to greater unity, collaboration, and mission—together.

Josiah holds a Masters of Divinity (MDiv) from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas. Over the past 13 years, he has served in various church ministry roles, including five years as lead pastor of Endurance Church. Through his leadership, Josiah witnessed firsthand the power of the local church in transforming lives, and he felt a calling to pivot that ministry into something broader—Endurance Collective—to help the wider body of Christ come together in shared purpose.

Josiah’s vision for Endurance Collective is rooted in the biblical principle of unity in Christ: “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it” (1 Corinthians 12:27). His passion is to create a space where ministries can come together, share resources, and encourage one another in fulfilling the Great Commission. Josiah believes that in community, there is strength, and in Christ, there is power to change lives. His heart is to see believers—across denominations and networks—empowered to strengthen each other in faith and reach the lost with the Gospel.

Whether through mentoring, collaboration, or simply walking alongside others in faith, Josiah is committed to seeing the Church grow stronger together, united by a shared love for Christ and a common mission to make disciples.
